At Bookomelon, we carefully pack every order to ensure your children's books arrive safely and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons, sale events, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses across India and selected International destinations. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified before your order is confirmed.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted and reliable logistics partners to ensure your books are delivered safely and on time. Our courier partners include reputed national and regional carriers. The carrier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and order size.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and external factors such as weather, strikes, or public holidays.
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural areas: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Timelines tend to vary depending on the functionality of the courier partners.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via whatsapp Messages containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status directly on the courier's website.
If you have not received your tracking details within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team through our website.
7. Packaging
We take special care in packaging all books to prevent damage during transit. Books are wrapped securely and placed in sturdy packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We are committed to using packaging that protects both your books and the environment wherever possible.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be cancelled.
9. Public Holidays & Peak Seasons
Processing and delivery timelines may be extended during Indian public holidays, festive seasons (such as Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), or during high-demand sale periods. We appreciate your patience during these times and will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
